Katy Roessle joined the team in 2013 as Victoria Carter’s Personal Assistant and Lead Transaction Coordinator. Katy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Studies from Ohio Wesleyan and attended graduate school in business administration in Boston before marrying her college sweetheart and moving to New Jersey. Over 30 plus years she has been a resident of Madison, Millburn, and for the past 23 of those years, Summit. While raising her two children she kept up her business skills by working part-time for various local businesses as an administrative assistant – for The Connection for Women & Children, Summit she worked as a website designer and administrator; for Commercial Design Group and Something Special Interior’s as an office administrator and design assistant; for Claremont Realty Group as full time office administrator and transaction processor.
In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Katy’s previous experiences in a variety of fields and specifically in real estate have given her the skills to properly and efficiently manage and work closely with the Victoria Carter Team. From contract to closing Katy is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction. Working with clients, attorneys and agents on both sides of either a listing or a sale to make sure transactions stay on track for closing is her primary daily objective. Coordination is the name of her game, and the high volume of listings and sales provided by the Victoria Carter Team has given Katy an edge to stand out amongst the team and keep her on her game! Katy has a way of pulling the team together and making sure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
